Great service! Both Ricardo and Jag are highly experienced ; They took the time to listen our concerns and ensured 100% satisfaction. They cleaned the inside/outside gutters of my house and two neighbors like no other company has ever done before. My outside gutters( specially) were very dirty and they look now almost brand new.

I was looking for a company to do outside maintenance for my Mom who has a modular home on our property. I found 3 on the internet, she phone all three, one phone back a week later too busy, one mailed her a quote without looking at the job. Then there was Jag and his partner, they returned the call and stopped by at the end of the day to check out what was required, gave a price and booked an appointment that evening for a week later. So right from the get go we were impressed with how professional they were. They power washed a vinyl fence and her patio, cleaned her roof, gutters in and out, windows, she was very impressed with their work. My husband and I decided to have them clean our roof gutters, several skylights, a glass cover for our patio, windows, and our shop gutters. We were very happy with the job, and very good value for your money. I would recommend Mint Property Services in a heart beat.

Just had Mint Property Services clean my gutters and put up Christmas lights. Very professional and courteous. Rick went above and beyond, suggesting the right clips I needed to hang my lights, and when I overbought, he even bought the extras back from me, saving me a return trip to Canadian Tire. Very happy with the work he did!

Mint Services did an incredible job clearing out our gutters. We had so much debris and so many leaves and they got everything cleared out. They were professional and quick. We will use them every year from here on out!
